Hero+ Maintenance & Service Plan:

• Annual (once each year) professional cleaning, basic maintenance & tune-up: Includes annual service visit (scheduled to suit your availability) for deep cleaning, lubrication, performance diagnostics, signage/decal inspection
• Check/update software (if applicable).
• Discounted disgnostic charge for any additional service calls throughout the year.
• Discounted parts and labor + NO CHARGE for common parts (plan members).
• Priority scheduling (plan members)
• Verified service records to support enhanced resale value.
• Priority access to new releases and limited-availability inventory.
• Price annually for Hero+: $99 annual fee + $50 (each game 1–4) + $40 (each game 5-8) + $30 (each game 9 and up) per year (auto-renews; reminder email sent prior to renewal). Hero+ Member Service Call Rate: $79 diagnostic charge (includes first 15 minutes) + 20% off parts & additional labor.

Hero+Pro Maintenance & Service Plan:

• Semi -Annual (twice each year) professional cleaning, basic maintenance & tune-up: Includes annual service visit (scheduled to suit your availability) for deep cleaning, lubrication, performance diagnostics, signage/decal inspection
• Check/update software (if applicable).
• Discounted diagnostic charge for any additional service calls throughout the year.
• Discounted parts and labor + NO CHARGE for common parts (plan members).
• Priority scheduling (plan members)
• Verified service records to support enhanced resale value.
• Priority access to new releases and limited-availability inventory.
• Exclusive NEW GAMES discounts for Hero+ Pro members (if you plan on purchasing any NEW game this year, the discount will more than cover the plan price)
